Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided that items:

• Are unused.
• Remain in their original packaging.
• Include any certificates or documentation.
• Are accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Products

American Coin Gallery cannot accept returns for:

• Opened protective coin holders.
• Damaged or altered collectibles.
• Custom products.
• Clearance merchandise.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact American Coin Gallery within 7 days.

To speed up the review process, please provide:

• Order number.
• Photos of the product.
• Photos of the package if applicable.

Following review, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

If American Coin Gallery made an error, return shipping is covered by us.

Otherwise, return shipping remains the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before processing for shipment.

Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled.
